4. Refund & Cancellation

Refund & Cancellation requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy available on this website. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to that policy.

5. Project Timelines

Project timelines shared are estimates. Actual delivery may vary depending on feedback cycle, third-party services, server conditions, or scope changes. Any additional features or revisions beyond the original scope will be chargeable.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, UI, assets and materials developed during the project remain the intellectual property of Trinexa unless a written source-code ownership agreement is made. Clients receive usage rights, not ownership rights.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our services may involve third-party APIs, SDKs, payment gateways or cloud services. We are not responsible for service outages, pricing, policies or actions of any third-party service provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

Trinexa will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss including but not limited to business interruption, data loss, downtime, misuse or financial loss. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the respective service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Client fails to make payments
  • Client violates legal or platform usage rules
  • Client misuses or manipulates system behavior

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram / Delhi NCR.
