Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Trinexa. We provide IT services, digital development, software solutions, and platform-based services. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Service Nature
All services and digital deliverables offered by Trinexa are customized, planned, and executed based on project requirements provided by the client. Once project planning, design, or development work has started, refunds are generally not applicable.
2. No Refund After Project Start
Once any project phase (such as consultation, planning, design, development, setup, or deployment) begins, the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
3. Advance Payment
All payments made towards consultation, development, integrations, or subscriptions are treated as advance payments and are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Project can be cancelled only if development work has not yet started.
- Cancellation must be requested in writing via email to support@trinexa.net.
- If work has begun, the cancellation request will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Change in Requirements
If client requirements change after project initiation, additional charges may apply. Refund is not applicable for change requests.
6. Third-Party Services
In case of third-party services (such as payment gateways, cloud hosting, SMS/OTP services, video calling APIs, etc.), Trinexa is not responsible for:
- Downtime or service interruption
- Changes in pricing or policies
- Any losses caused by external service providers
Refunds for third-party services will be governed by their respective policies.
7. Coin / In-App Purchase Policy (If Applicable)
For platform-based apps that offer coin or credit purchases:
- Coins / credits purchased by users are non-refundable.
- If a call or interaction ends early, the remaining unused balance will continue to stay in the user’s wallet and can be used later.
- No refunds will be issued for already spent coins or credits.
All services offered by TRINEXA are digital in nature and are considered delivered immediately once credited or made available to the user. Therefore, once a payment is successfully processed, it is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
Users acknowledge that coin credits, tokens, or digital balance do not carry any physical or cash value and are strictly non-returnable under all circumstances.
8. Disputes
Any dispute related to payment, cancellation, or refund shall be resolved as per Indian law under the jurisdiction of Gurugram / Delhi NCR courts.
