By registering or using our Platform, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information

We collect the following when you register or interact with our Platform:

  • Full name and display name.
  • Mobile number and/or email address.
  • Profile photo and short bio (optional).
  • Date of birth (for age verification — users must be 18+).
  • IP address and device information (model, OS, app version).
  • Location data (approximate, for service optimization).

2.2 Credits & Transaction Data

When you purchase In-App Credits (“Credits”) on our Platform, we collect:

  • Purchase amount, Credits plan selected, and timestamp.
  • Transaction/Order ID generated by our payment gateway partner.
  • Credits balance, usage history, and deduction logs within the App.

We do NOT store your full card numbers, UPI PIN, CVV, net banking credentials, or any sensitive payment authentication data. All payment processing is handled by our authorized, RBI-licensed payment gateway partners.

2.3 Communication & Call Data

As part of our audio/video calling service:

  • Call duration, timestamps, and session metadata are logged for billing, Credits deduction, and fraud prevention purposes.
  • Call content (audio/video) is NOT recorded or stored by Trinexa unless explicitly required for safety or legal compliance.
  • In-app chat messages may be stored temporarily for delivery and moderation purposes.
  • User-reported content and flagged interactions are stored for investigation.

2.4 Usage & Analytics Data

We collect platform usage data including pages visited, features used, session duration, click patterns, and error logs. This is used to improve platform performance and user experience.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

We may collect identity verification information (government ID, selfie verification) as required by applicable law, regulatory guidance, or our payment gateway partners for fraud prevention and AML compliance.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create, manage, and maintain your user account.
  • To process Credits purchases and complete payment transactions.
  • To deduct Credits and enable audio/video calling sessions.
  • To generate and issue GST-compliant tax invoices for each transaction.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and unauthorized use.
  • To comply with applicable Indian laws including the IT Act 2000, IT Rules 2021, and GST regulations.
  • To respond to support queries, grievances, and disputes.
  • To send transactional notifications (purchase confirmations, OTPs).
  • To improve platform features and user experience.

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data may be shared only with:

  • Payment Gateway Partners — for processing Credits purchases (e.g., transaction amount, order ID, mobile number). These partners are RBI-authorized and maintain their own compliance frameworks.
  • Cloud Hosting & Infrastructure Providers — for secure data storage and platform operations.
  • Analytics Services — aggregated, anonymized data only.
  • Legal & Regulatory Authorities — if required by court order, government directive, or applicable Indian law.
  • Fraud Prevention & Compliance Services — to detect and prevent suspicious transactions.

5. Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies and analytics tools to improve user experience and monitor platform performance. You may disable cookies through your browser settings; however, some features may not function correctly without them.

6. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained while your account remains active.
  • Transaction records, Credits purchase history, and invoices are retained for a minimum of 5 years as required under GST law and financial compliance regulations.
  • Call session metadata is retained for up to 90 days for fraud monitoring and dispute resolution.
  • Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days except where legal retention is required.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, access controls, and secure cloud hosting. However, no system is completely immune to breaches. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and OTPs.

8. Your Rights

  • Access — Request a copy of data we hold about you.
  • Correction — Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Deletion — Request account and data deletion (subject to legal retention requirements).
  • Portability — Request your transaction data in a structured format.

9. Age Restriction

Our Platform is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be immediately suspended and data deleted.

10. Non-Adult Content Compliance

Trinexa operates under Category A (Strictly Non-Adult). Our Platform prohibits nudity, sexually explicit content, or any adult material. This is enforced through community guidelines, active moderation, and user reporting mechanisms.
