1. About Us

TRINEXA INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (“Trinexa”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a company incorporated under the laws of India (CIN: U62090HR2025PTC137282), having its registered office at 213-214, 2nd Floor, Welldone Tech Park, Sohna Road, Sector-48, Gurugram, Haryana – 122018. We operate a technology platform offering software development services, online coaching, and a Creator Interaction & Communication Platform (“the App”).

By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any services offered by Trinexa, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Services Offered

Trinexa provides the following services:

  • IT & Software Development Services — Custom application and web development.
  • Online Coaching & Mentorship Services — Digital learning and consultation sessions.
  • Creator Interaction & Communication Platform — A mobile application enabling audio/video calling between users and creators.
  • Digital Credits System — In-app service Credits used to access communication features within the Platform.

3. In-App Credits — Definition & Usage

3.1 What are Credits?

Our Platform uses a digital unit called “Credits” (formerly referred to as “Coins” in earlier versions of the App). Credits are non-monetary, in-app service tokens that allow users to access audio/video communication features available within the Trinexa Platform.

3.2 Nature of Credits

  • Credits are not currency, cash, stored value, cryptocurrency, or any form of prepaid payment instrument.
  • Credits do not represent any monetary equivalent and cannot be converted to cash or transferred to any bank account.
  • Credits are non-transferable between users and cannot be gifted, sold, or assigned to another user.
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased and consumed (refer to the Refund & Cancellation Policy for unused Credits).
  • Credits have no market value outside the Trinexa Platform.
  • Credits are governed solely by these Terms and are not subject to any RBI regulations applicable to Prepaid Payment Instruments (PPIs).

3.3 Purchase of Credits

Users may purchase Credits through the in-app purchase screen by selecting a plan (e.g., Trial Pack, Silver, Platinum, Premium, etc.). Payment is processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. Upon successful payment, the corresponding Credits are instantly credited to the user’s in-app balance.

3.4 Use of Credits

Credits may only be used within the Trinexa Platform to initiate or participate in audio/video calling sessions with creators or other users. Credits are deducted in real time based on usage duration or session type as defined within the Platform.

3.5 Expiry of Credits

Credits do not expire as long as the user’s account remains active. Trinexa reserves the right to introduce an expiry policy with prior notice to users.

3.6 Host Earnings

If applicable, earnings for hosts/creators on the Platform are governed separately under the Platform’s Host Terms and Withdrawal Policy and are not linked to the Credits purchase mechanism.

4. Payments

All payments for Credits or services must be made through the payment options available on the Platform. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) as displayed at the time of purchase. Trinexa issues a system-generated tax invoice for every transaction.

Trinexa does not store card or bank details. All payment processing is handled by our authorized third-party payment gateway partners.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform or make purchases.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and purchase.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
  • You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the Credits system in any manner.

6. Refund & Cancellation

All refund and cancellation requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy available at: https://trinexa.net/refund-and-cancellation-policy/

In general, Credits once purchased and credited to your account are non-refundable. Unused Credits may be considered for refund in exceptional circumstances at Trinexa’s sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, UI, designs, trademarks, and materials on the Trinexa Platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of TRINEXA INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for personal purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

Trinexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss including but not limited to business interruption, loss of Credits due to account suspension for policy violations, or third-party service outages. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of Credits purchased in the most recent transaction.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Platform may integrate with third-party services including payment gateways, cloud providers, and communication APIs. Trinexa is not responsible for any disruptions, pricing changes, or policy updates made by such third parties.

10. Termination

Trinexa reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account if the user violates these Terms, misuses the Credits system, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails to comply with applicable laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram / Delhi NCR.
